About Us: Board of Directors
Experience and success must come at all levels. Currently, TheraCarb is in the process of diversifying and creating a strongly independent Board that will serve to guide and influence the positive development of TheraCarb.
Today, The Board of Directors represents many years of significant experience in the biotechnology industry and entrepreneurship. Board members have been involved in the launch and development of previous public companies including Biomira Inc., ViRexx Medical Corp., and Raylo Chemicals Inc. (acquired by Degussa).

Glen Armstrong, Ph.D.
Director, Co-founder, Vice President R & D
Glen Armstrong is the Co-founder and Vice President Research and Development of TheraCarb. He is an industry consultant providing technical expertise for the development of innovative therapeutic treatments of disease.
Glen was involved with Synsorb Biotechnology Inc. and assisted in writing Phase I and Phase II clinical trials protocols. Additionally, he is a named inventor on 38 issued US patents for breakthrough inventions in the treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases.

Bruce Hirsche, QC, LLM
Director
Mr. Hirsche is a lawyer with Parlee McLaws LLP and acts as the TheraCarb's corporate secretary providing legal advice. Mr. Hirsche is an expert attorney in company law and has extensive experience in bringing start-up biotechnology companies to the Initial Public Offering (IPO) stage and in securities and corporate law, particularly mergers and acquisitions.
