Investor Relations: Frequently Asked Questions

What is the competitive state of TheraCarb's markets?

As of July 2006, there are no prophylactive candidates on the market or in clinical trials to treat Candida infections or fight our neurodegenerative targets. Existing drug candidates and those in clinical trials are designed to be palliative – that is, symptom treating only. Additionally, current treatments are prone with adverse side effects and are not recommended for everyone.

Does TheraCarb aim to go public in the future?

There are many variables to consider in weighing the transition to public status. Although we enjoy our private status, we are equally as pleased to become public at the right time. Market conditions must be favorable and a strong desire by our shareholders must exist.

As an investor, how long must I wait for a return?

At TheraCarb, we custom build each individual investor package. Whether you are in short term for selective returns, or in it for the long haul and maximum gain, how long before a return is generated is really up to the investor. Through strategic and careful business executions, we will ensure to continually create value lifts for our shareholders.
