Theracarb's technology has been sourced from the Alberta Ingenuity Center for Carbohydrate Sciences (www.carbohydratecentre.ca). The AICCS is a research center funded by the Alberta Ingenuity Fund, a $1 billion endowed fund. TheraCarb is aggressively advancing its research and development programs under the direction of our scientific founders. While not losing focus, we aim to ensure that our pipeline continually carries promising vaccine and drug candidates.

Currently, our lead candidate is a vaccine designed to target systemic candidiasis. This is being developed in collaboration with our strategic corporate partner, Wellstat Vaccine.

TheraCarb's drug development program is progressing with the assistance of laboratories at various institutes under contract and a lead candidate has been selected for further testing.
